These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 291bet ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 291bet website located at https://291bet.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 291bet platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 291bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 291bet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 291bet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or winnings associated with such accounts.

291bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 291bet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 291bet account and not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

291bet employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, fraud detection systems, and account monitoring to protect player accounts. However, no security system is impenetrable, and 291bet cannot guarantee absolute security of your account information.

291bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players:

• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered 291bet account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your 291bet account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. 291bet does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdraw als, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 291bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

291bet does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Attempts to fund your account through prohibited payment methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger a compliance review of your account.

291bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to PBA season, major boxing events, and other occasions relevant to Filipino players.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Specific wagering multiples are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the 291bet platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, hi-lo, sports betting, and all other game types — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

291bet uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to independent oversight. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed within the game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 291bet will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's account. 291bet's decision in such matters is final.

• Players must not use any software, tool, script, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion between players in any game — including live poker or other multiplayer formats — is strictly prohibited.
• Any winnings obtained through exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities must be reported to 291bet immediately and will not be honored.
• 291bet reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is reasonable evidence of unfair play, regardless of whether the player was aware of the exploit.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 291bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made through your 291bet account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 291bet staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

291bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

All content on the 291bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 291bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 291bet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 291bet platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 291bet content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the 291bet platform.
• Use any 291bet trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 291bet platform using automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 291bet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 291bet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond 291bet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Decisions made by you based on information, statistics, or analysis tools provided on the platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your participation in games of chance, which by their nature involve risk of financial loss.

In all cases, 291bet's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 291bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 291bet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 291bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

291bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other 291bet policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Suspected use of automated tools, bots, or unfair advantage strategies.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and pending verification of legitimate play) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your 291bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Closing your account does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

291bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 291bet will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the 291bet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 291bet, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above process.
